Faisal Al-Hamad Chairperson

Mr. Al-Hamad serves as the Chairperson of NBK Capital and the Chief Executive Officer of Global Wealth Management. In addition to previously leading NBK Capital as CEO, Mr. Al-Hamad held several leadership positions in the company since he joined in 2007. Mr. Al-Hamad is a Board Member of Watani Financial Brokerage Company and of NBK-France.

Prior to joining NBK Capital, Mr. Al-Hamad held several senior positions in leading organizations, including General Manager at Agility Kuwait and Associate Director at Wellington Management International in the UK. Mr. Al-Hamad holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.

Salah Al-Fulaij Vice Chairperson

Mr. Al-Fulaij is a long serving NBK leader focused on customer-centric, solution-based financial products and services geared for consistent growth. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of NBK Capital and the Chief Executive Officer of NBK-Kuwait, Board Member of Watani Financial Brokerage Company, and Board Member of NBK-France.

Mr. Al-Fulaij is a graduate of the University of Miami where he received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and his MBA. He has participated in a number of executive programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business and Duke University.

Sulaiman Al-Marzouq Board Member

Mr. Al-Marzouq joined NBK in 2002 and is now the Deputy Chief Executive Officer–Kuwait. He moved to the Central Bank of Kuwait from 2012 to 2015, where he headed the Department of Foreign Operations, before moving back to NBK.

Mr. Al-Marzouq has extensive experience in Investment and Wealth Management, in addition to his experience in Treasury and Banking Operations. He has served as a board member for several banks and companies in Kuwait. Mr Al-Marzouq holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Portland State University, USA.

Meshaan Al-Meshaan Independent Board Member

Mr. Al-Meshaan possesses 15 years of experience in the areas of real estate, banking and investment and he plays a vital role in ALARGAN International Real Estate Company as Chief Business Development Officer.

Mr. Al-Meshaan received his Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Denver, Colorado, USA.
